Oh yeah, that'll make me take it seriously

I was reading an astrological profile for people born under the sign of Virgo and it was interesting enough, right up until the very last sentence.

Famous Virgos
Stephen King, Charlie Sheen, Mother Teresa, Sophia Loren, and Mickey Mouse

Mickey Mouse?

I had to take a Myers-Briggs personality assessment at a career counselor. My results came back including a list of famous ISTJs...like Eeyore.

Some old-timers use the term "Mickey Mouse" in place of "bullshit."

as in...

Astrology is a big, stinking pile of Mickey Mouse.

Right...your birthday is next Thursday, September 8 :-) Blue's (Simian Syndicate) birthday is the 10th...

Mickey Mouse... I find that really funny, but that's just me. :-)

Oops. Sorry for the double post. Feel free to remove the first one !

Yay!

My actual birthday is 9 September (the party is the 10th)... which makes 'em even closer together.

Small world, huh?

In fact... it's a small world after all... I can almost hear Mickey Mouse singing that...

;-)

This makes no sense to me at all. The first appearance of the Mouse was in the Disney short Steamboat Willie, which was released on 18 November 1928. This would seem to make him a Scorpio.

actually, the mouse first appeared as a comic strip, so he might just be a virgo.

Steamboat Willie was the first animated appearance.

I always thought Donald Duck was a better actor.

Reminds me of the bingo card I received in a mailer pack once that advertised cardboard stand-ups with the phrase, "Life-Sized!"

I looked at the ones they had pictured and wondered, "Just how tall was Betty Boop, anyway?"
