No Surprise Here

This morning on the radio news, the reporter starts the story off with this:

Even though no weapons of mass destruction have been found in Iraq...

The story went on to report that about half of Americans polled believe that Saddam had WMD's.

I dunno, maybe it's because we've found 'em. Not the massive stockpiles we thought were there, but enough have been found that could have caused thousands of deaths.

Now the news source is CBS, which makes bias a real possibility (gee, ya think?), but it could also be sloppy writing. Especially since the report ended with:

Five hundred chemical weapon artillery shells were discovered earlier this year.

Maybe it depends on your definition of "mass".

As a followup, I went to their website to look for contact information. I thought that a little feedback was needed, about how such obviously biased half-assed imprecise news reporting didn't reflect well on their credibility.

Wanna advertise with them? Email *here*. Reporting a traffic incident? Use *this* email. And so on, a whole page of contact information.

Oddly, the only contact without an email address is their news director.

One of my fave hobbies is surfing all of the "expose the lying, liberal bias" sites.do they really think we're all that stupid?Do they really care that little about how dishonest they appear to be in the eyes of others when they get slammed?Like the old saying goes;"If you have to lie about your "cause" then you must not have much of a point anyways".
What I just can't figure out is how the *rich liberals in this country got such control over the media to begin with.
Anyhow,I gotta say Jeff Foyer's Alphecca blog as one of my fave bias busting sites. His Weekly Check on the Bias is very enlightening.I believe he is linked in your LINKS section.

*Remember what I said a long time ago about not buying into that poor democrat crap?

There were a couple dozen chemical shells found in '05.

But, nooooo... it wasn't a 'stockpile.'

20 shells might not be many, but try and imagine just one of those shells being detonated in a NYC subway or DC Metro station at the height of rush hour.

I thought according to the inspectors those shells had been buried for years and were decrepit, unusable and had been mostly used for mustard gas.

Of course finding real facts is almost impossible, if you try searching in Google all you get are "blog"facts, bloggers ranting, and various political sites badgering each other.

It depends on the CPC of your keywords. If they are high paying keywords and you get a ten percent CTR it could be very worthwhile. Use the google adwords free keyword tool to get some idea of the CPC for your keywords.
