Teaching History

This looks very cool: Junior Generals.

The idea is that you print out the various forces involved in major battles in history, and let the students game the results using simplified battle rules.

Hello would you mind sharing which blog platform you're working with? I'm planning to start my own blog soon but I'm having a hard time selecting between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your design and style seems different then most blogs and I'm looking for something unique. P.S Sorry for getting off-topic but I had to ask!

I am pretty impressed with this. I am new to Squidoo and reading your blog has provided me with the inspiration to try and reach this lofty goal. This shows me anything is possible.

I want to get the most out of my $30 of iTunes Gift cards. I have a lot already and I don't intend on buying music/moves, so now I want to get some more apps. Any suggestions?. . I'm into music, document writers, games (looking for a good free drive game, one where you can drive around aimlessly), and anything else that's useful. None of those junk ones like fart piano and lightsaber..
